Which languages does it support?
You can use Lō in 8 Indian languages: Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam. You can type or speak.
What documents can I upload?
Legal notices, court orders, judgments, FIRs, contracts and agreements, as a photo from your gallery or camera, or as a PDF.
How are advocates verified?
Advocates are verified before they are listed on Lō. You choose who to consult; Lō does not recommend or endorse a particular advocate.
Is my data private?
Your documents and conversations are used to answer your questions and are never sold. You can delete individual documents, or your whole account, at any time. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. You can also request deletion by email. See the Account Deletion page for the full steps.
